Shamil Saiev is an Assistant Research Professor specializing in computational chemistry, polymer science, and materials modeling. He holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Surface Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry.
His research focuses on the design, simulation, and structure-property analysis of functional polymeric materials, with particular emphasis on polymer networks, resin systems, composites, and materials relevant to electronic, optical, and sustainable applications. His work combines molecular modeling, quantum-chemical calculations, and molecular dynamics simulations to understand how molecular structure, composition, and processing conditions influence material reactivity, morphology, and macroscopic properties.
