Congratulations to Dr. Xiaojuan Ni on being selected as a fellow of the CIRTL Postdoc Pathways Program!

The CIRTL Postdoc Pathways program is a "just-in-time, just-enough" teaching preparation program for full-time research postdocs at the University of Arizona. In the past three years since the program's development, 45 postdocs have completed the program and co-taught courses from first-year to graduate level courses with 42 teaching mentors. This year, 18 fellows have been selected who represent a diversity of teaching experiences, interests, disciplinary, and cultural backgrounds.
